DAFK AI Translator provides live voice translation, meeting translation, and related features.

You may use the service only in compliance with applicable law and these terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must provide accurate information when creating your account.

You represent that you have the rights and permissions necessary to use any voice samples, audio, or other content you provide to the service.

You must not upload or use voice samples that you do not have the right to use.

You are responsible for providing any notice or obtaining any consent required by law before using the service to capture, process, translate, or output audio involving other people.

You may not use the service to violate laws or regulations, impersonate another person without authorization, deceive, defraud, harass, or harm others.

You may not use the service to perform unlawful surveillance or monitoring, interfere with or disrupt the service, or attempt unauthorized access to our systems.

We may update, suspend, or change parts of the service at any time.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Translations, transcriptions, and generated voice output may not always be accurate. You are responsible for reviewing output and deciding whether it is appropriate for your use case.

We may suspend or terminate access to the service if you violate these terms or if necessary to protect the service, users, or others.

You may stop using the service at any time. You may also delete your account from within the app.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim all warranties except those that cannot be lawfully disclaimed.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DAFK AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from your use of the service.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after updated terms become effective means you accept the revised terms.
